  this pizza hut is always top notch in terms of service. every single delivery person who brings me my order is always friendly and polite. and my food is never cold when it arrives. and my order usually always comes within 15-20 minutes, even though it says the wait times are 25-35 min!

  Do not order there! Manager refused to help our situation. We asked to speak to the manager. Guy we talked to said he was the manager. He said his name was Douglas Douglas...really? He said just be thankful we got our pizza. Wrote an email to corporate. We'll see if they respond back. We don't expect anything. We just want Pizza Hut corporate know what kind of manager they have running the East Palestine location. We will never order from there again. Also, we'll tell everyone we know in town to not order from their either. There are 4 other pizza shops on town. We will give our future business to them!
